A thriller about an FDA physician who investigates a fraudulent drug trial

After his wife dies of lupus, FDA inspector Ethan Cole buries his grief under a mound of paperwork. But when the agency sends him to Mexico City to investigate a fraudulent lupus drug trial, he’s forced to relive his wife's desperate fight with the disease.
